Hair today…. gone tomorrow!
Such a common phrase, isn’t this? And just reflects everyone’s concerns about the thick growth on their head! Hair… it is such a thing of pride. And when it is gone then it becomes an issue of concern. Banishing those bad hair days is, therefore, important for us.
Great hair rocks. And just everyone wants their hair to rock. But for this your hair needs much care and nourishing, just as the rest of the body does. Hair is an important part of our physical appearance and good, healthy hair makes a huge difference to our physical appeal. Lackluster and flat hair tends to take away attention from our face. Therefore, it is essential that in order to look good, we must have good hair.
The basic to good hair is a healthy scalp. Experts recommend keeping your scalp free of flaky scales and dandruff. For this you need both good physical and mental health. Good healthy hair means good healthy body and mind. Each is interdependent. Mental stress can reduce blood circulation in the scalp by constricting blood vessels. Relaxation techniques, like meditation, are essential for good mental health and thus, good hair growth.
Dry, scanty and falling hair is a sign of an inadequate and unhealthy diet. You should have plenty of fruits and vegetables. Leafy vegetables are best recommended to maintain good growth of your health. It is believed that by adding more of spinach and fenugreek leaves to your diet can give the required food to your hair.
In my next write-up, let us discuss more on how to have that thick, lustrous hair.
