Wound Care Tips:
  • The best way to clean a wound is with running Water and a soap. Rinse the Wound for about 5 Minutes and clean all the dirt and Bacteria from it.
  • Avoid using Hydrogen Peroxide or Alcohol for cleaning injury. These chemicals may harm the tissues and can delay the healing process.
  • Try to keep the wounds moist because it helps in faster healing and can prevent the sticking of bandage.
  • Butter or Ice are not good for burns. For minor burns, keep the wound under running Water until the pain vanishes.
  • Cover the skin with a non stick bandage. Wrap it slowly so that it may not stick to the burnt area of Skin.
  • To avoid the pulling of Hair around wound, remove the bandage slowly and in the direction of Hairs, it will reduce the pain in removing the bandage.

    Hello everyone! In an effort to support this week’s sale of “Healthy Eating Leads to Healthy Living!” here at Health Products For You. The subject of Healthy Living and leading a healthy lifestyle is something that I’m extremely passionate about, and is the basis for all of our work here at Health Products For You. Today, I’m writing about a little change in my diet that has had me feeling absolutely phenomenal lately. Want to hear more about it? Keep reading!
    Have you been feeling sluggish, tired and unmotivated? These can be signs of the Human body becoming toxic, and that your body is searching for a way to expel the stagnating material and return to a normal and healthy level of well-being. One of the most popular methods of relieving the body from the work of digestion is by routinely fasting one day per week. It is a fantastic way of helping the body regenerate, and better yet It is simple to do and the benefits to your health are significant. Fasting can be a little intimidating for some people, especially for the first timers, but not to worry! It is perfectly safe and works towards your health. Please note – If you have any concerns or need to stick to a strict diet to prevent any illness or circumstances such as fainting or diabetes, please consult with your Doctor before fasting.
     
    To prepare yourself, start by having a light salad the evening before you want to fast, include mixed greens and other veggies and avoid croutons or heavy dressings. The day of your fast, when you wake up, begin with deep breathing exercises. The deep breathing assists you in releasing waste as well as enhancing alkalinity through oxygenating the body. The more alkaline and oxygenated we are, the more toxins we can release! Before you take a shower or bath in the morning, be sure to take a minute to dry skin brush. Doing this exfoliates the skin, opens the pores and moves the lymph. It is a simple way to substantially enhance the detoxification process.  Dry skin brushing before you bath is recommended at least a few times a week, just because it is so great for you!
    As you progress through your day, make sure to continually be drinking freshly squeezed lemon juice in water, herbal teas, green drinks and greens based vegetable juice. As your day comes to a close, and you’re getting settled in for the late afternoon or evening,  have yourself a fresh salad with organic greens, veggies and sprouts. That’s it! By simply taking one day off from eating solid food, all of your organs and systems of elimination get a break and are able to release and restore themselves. Renew and replenish yourself on every level, body, mind and spirit, by fasting one day per week, and you’ll be well on your way to feeling much better!
