Lactose IntoleranceI grew up watching my mom suffer bouts of diarrhea every time she drank a glass of milk or ate a slice of pudding. At that time no one knew what exactly was the matter with her and put it to her being under the weather. It was much later that all of us realized that she was lactose intolerant.

Compression WearIf you have varicose veins, you might try to cover up your legs with stockings or trousers and avoid wearing skirts but the discomfort is obvious on your face. Because, varicose veins are not only a not-so pleasant sight to behold but can be quite a pain, too.

The TriggersFortunately, I suffer from headaches only very occasionally. I may have a lot of other aches and pains but the head is, thankfully, spared of much pain. But when I do get headaches, it is quite a pain, believe me. And that makes me wonder what migraine sufferers must have to go through.
